Live-Animal Presentation w/ Sarah Kern
Join Sarah Kern and her team of Tailwinds co-founders in their mission to connect the community with native raptors like hawks & owls. Get up-close and personal with each bird as the team discusses life histories, habitats and human impacts. These mightly top predators are highly vulnerable to human stressors like rodenticide poisoning the food they eat. The program ends with the opportunity for participants to take photos with some of the birds. Whatever your age, you can't help but love these magnificent creatures!
