Our Mission

Beach Bluff Park and the adjacent parking lot are owned by the Clifton Improvement Association and are maintained by private funds generated through membership, donations and gifts. The CIA provides open access to the beach and parking in our lot on Atlantic and Seaview Avenues, as well as advocacy for the coastal environment.

As a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, the CIA preserves, protects and improves the scenic, historic, and natural character of the local open and public spaces through information, education and advocacy.
